The full service Sheraton Agoura Hills has a scenic setting, right beneath the northern slopes of the Santa Monica Mountains, a slightly elevated position with good views across Russell Valley and the US 101 corridor. The hotel is reached from the Reyes Adobe Road exit of the freeway, and is close to a small number of restaurants. Onsite dining is provided by the Californian-style Share, an all-day restaurant, and by a lounge/bar open for lunch & dinner. Room service is available. Select accommodations include a sofa bed and balcony. 13 function rooms can accommodate events of up to 400 people. At the rear of the hotel is a secluded outdoor pool.

Open summer 2020, the Courtyard by Marriott sits between Agoura Road and US 101, sharing a site with the TownePlace Suites, close to Kanan Road which leads south into the hills and vineyards of Malibu Wine County and Santa Monica Mountains NRA. There are several restaurants close by, and one on the premises, open for breakfast, dinner and evening drinks. In the grounds are a saltwater pool, and a patio with firepit and bbq grills, while inside, the facilities include several function rooms with mountain views, and a west-facing terrace.

Homewood Suites Agoura Hills provides a relaxing, quiet place to stay right at the edge of the scenic Santa Monica Mountains, while being just a short drive away from northwest Los Angeles via the 101 Freeway which runs past just to the south. The nearest beach is 12 miles further south, with Malibu and other coastal resorts also close by. The hotel caters for long or short stay guests in 125 upscale suites (studio, one bed or two bed), all including a full kitchen and separate living areas. Both hot breakfast (daily) and evening reception with wine & beer (Mon to Thu) are complimentary, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, around the Kanan Road exit of the freeway. South-facing rooms at Hampton Inn Agoura Hills have views over the grassy slopes of the Santa Monica Mountains, as the 93 room/suite property sits right at the south edge of town adjacent to the Reyes Adobe Road exit of US 101. A few restaurants are within walking distance, with a better selection one mile east, though free hot breakfast is provided each morning at the hotel, which also offers free wi-fi, a fitness center, an outdoor pool/whirlpool and meeting space for up to 75 people. All accommodations have a refrigerator and microwave; the suites contain a wet bar and sofa bed.

The TownePlace Suites is an extended stay/all-suite hotel, newly constructed in 2020, adjacent to another Marriott property, the Courtyard, and sharing some of the facilities, including an outdoor saltwater pool, a bistro restaurant, a 24 hour fitness center, a convenience store and a suite of meeting rooms. Accommodations are available in studio, two bedroom and one bedroom layouts, and all incorporate a fully equipped kitchen. Daily hot breakfast is complimentary. The hotel backs on to US 101, near the Kanan Road exit, a short drive from a wide range of shopping and dining choices.
