Open spring 2025, the Home2 Suites by Hilton provides all-suite/extended stay accommodations to Napa Valley visitors; all rooms include a full kitchen, and separate living space. An outdoor pool, a fitness center, and complimentary hot breakfast the are main amenities. Like most hotels in town, the Home2 Suites is situated along the main road, Hwy 29, on the east side, close to shopping and dining. Six Flags Discovery Kingdom is 4 miles south.

Just off highway 29 next to restaurants, a Wal-Mart, and several other shops, the Holiday Inn Express Hotel in American Canyon features 75 rooms and 26 suites, all clean & modern, equipped with pillow top mattresses. For those here to work, the hotel has a business center and 2,000 sq ft of event space, while leisure facilities are a pool, hot tub and fitness center. Free deluxe continental breakfast is available. The hotel is located 9 miles south of Napa and 5 miles north of Vallejo.

One of the best of the small selection of lodging in American Canyon, CA, is the all suite Fairfield Inn by Marriott along Broadway (Highway 29, between Vallejo and Napa Valley) - a new building on the north side of town bordered by residences on one side and hilly farmland on the other. The 80 spacious rooms, while not true suites, are equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, sitting area and extra sofa bed. Guest amenities include free hot breakfast, guest laundry, exercise room, hot tub and outdoor pool. There are two restaurants within one block along the main road.
