The extended stay accommodations at Homewood Suites by Hilton Belmont comprise studio, one bedroom and two bedroom suites, all equipped with a full kitchen and sofa bed. Free hot breakfast is served each morning, plus free dinner & drinks weekday evenings. For other meals there is one restaurant adjacent and many more within one mile, along El Camino Real. Snacks and sundries can be purchased from the onsite convenience store, open 24 hours. The hotel faces US 101 (north side) at the Marina Parkway exit, within walking distance of Redwood Shores Lagoon.

The first Marriott hotel in Belmont opened late summer 2017 - the SpringHill Suites is situated along the eastern US 101 frontage road, at the edge of a business park centered on Redwood Shores Lagoon. San Carlos Airport is a short drive south and there re several restaurants within walking distance. The four floor property contains 169 studio suites, equipped with microwave, refrigerator and separate living area, while the general amenities include an outdoor pool, patio, fitness center, bar, meeting space and a dining room for the free hot breakfast buffet.

The main midrange hotel in the hilly, residential community of Belmont, half way (23 miles) between San Jose and San Francisco, is the 82 room Holiday Inn Express, along El Camino Real. This is a compact 3 floor building, bordered to the rear by private residences, and overlooking many shops & offices at the front. The inn is clean and well managed, offering amenities of free continental buffet breakfast, a fitness room, whirlpool and a business center. The Holly Street exit of US 101 is 1 mile east, with San Francisco International Airport 11 miles north.
