Hotels in Lake Elsinore

Recently built (2008), the Holiday Inn Express hotel in Lake Elsinore sits next to a recently developed residential estate at the edge of the hills on the north side of town, 2 miles from Lakepoint Park by the shoreline. I-15 runs past close by, but the hotel is far enough from the highway for its 73 rooms & suites to provide a quiet and comfortable night's sleep. Good quality free hot breakfast is served each morning, and there are plenty of fast food-type restaurants within walking distance around the nearby interstate exit (73; Railroad Canyon Rd). The hotel also offers an indoor pool, fitness center and free internet access.

Best Western Lake View Inn is another bright, handsome new hotel in Lake Elsinore, appreciated by guests for its efficient staff, the clean & spacious rooms, and the central location close to the main shopping area in town, by the east end of the lake. The hotel is within a mile of The Diamond Stadium, Lake Elsinore Casino and Lake Elsinore Town Center, plus other shops & restaurants around exit 73 of I-15, just to the north. West-facing rooms have views over the lake; also available are a number of suites that contain a microwave, refrigerator, whirlpool bath and extra sofa bed. A spa, outdoor pool, exercise room, guest laundry and free continental breakfast are the other main amenities.

Like most hotels in Lake Elsinore, CA, the Quality Inn is located at the east edge of town, in this case right opposite the local casino, one block from the shops at Lake Elsinore Town Center. The place is fairly old but reasonably-priced, and still offers an outdoor pool, hot tub, free continental breakfast, and a microwave/refrigerator in all 55 rooms. South-facing rooms are the quietest as they are shielded from I-15 which runs past just to the north. Guests are also within walking distance of the Diamond baseball stadium and the lake shore.

Econo Lodge Lake Elsinore offers above average amenities, with a both a restaurant/lounge and casino onsite, plus a nice garden with outdoor pool and hot tub. All rooms are equipped with a refrigerator; those on the west side overlook the pool, while those to the east have views over the palm tree-lined parking lot towards Interstate 15, which runs past close by. Access is from exit 73 (Diamond Drive), a short distance north. The hotel is a short walk from Lake Elsinore Diamond (Storm Stadium), a popular baseball venue.
