Holiday Inn Express Oakdale is positioned close to the town center along CA 108, part of the main route to Yosemite National Park from the San Francisco area. The hotel occupies a two floor building, with the accommodation block set back a little from the road, and receives good reviews on account of its comfort, cleanliness & extensive free hot breakfast buffet. The three main hotels in Oakdale, CA, are all situated east of the town center along the main road through town (CA 108; F Street) in a built-up area with plenty of shops and restaurants. Best Western Rama Inn is the furthest east, close to the edge of town and opposite the largest shopping center in the area. It is a new-looking, 3 story building of 47 rooms, all containing a microwave & refrigerator, and some with a fireplace. Several types of suite are available. The inn serves the free full breakfast, and has all the usual amenities, including a pool, fitness center, business center and meeting space.
