Hotel Centro Sonoma Wine Country has a quiet location at the edge of a business district, just north of the main shopping area in town, around the intersection of US 101 with the Rohnert Park Expressway. The DoubleTree is the main full service hotel in Rohnert Park, popular with visitors to the Sonoma County vineyards. The resort-like property has a beautiful setting surrounded by Roberts Lake golf course, with the lake in view a little way west, and US 101 just beyond - sufficiently far away to escape the traffic noise but close enough for easy travel to other nearby locations, such as Santa Rosa (6 miles) and Petaluma (11 miles). The hotel is centered on a secluded tropical courtyard with outdoor pool/hot tub; there are more gardens around the exterior, and two sports courts, while inside, facilities include Bacchus Restaurant & Wine Bar (open for breakfast, lunch, dinner & room service), a Starbucks Coffee Bar, a lobby lounge/bar, a fitness center and extensive meeting/event space.

Like most of the small selection of hotels in town, the Hampton Inn adjoins US 101 at the Rohnert Park Expressway exit, six miles south of Santa Rosa and 15 miles from the middle of the Sonoma Valley. In the other direction, the Pacific coast is just 20 miles away, with such attractions as Point Reyes National Seashore and Tomales Bay State Park. Open early 2021, the Fairfield Inn is the first Marriott hotel in Rohnert Park, and part of the main shopping/commercial area in town, around the intersection of US 101 with Rohnert Park Expressway, half a mile from the edge of open countryside. The five floor property has 100 rooms & suites, and it offers the usual amenities of convenience store, fitness & business centers, a pool and meeting space. Free breakfast is provided.

Guest rooms at the Inn at Rohnert Park are equipped with refrigerator & microwave, and are contained within a sizeable, three floor, exterior corridor building beside US 101 at the Golf Course Drive exit, within walking distance of shopping and dining. The main amenity is an outdoor pool, in the central courtyard garden. Wi-fi and coffee are complimentary. There are two restaurants adjacent.

Rodeway Inn Wine Country is an affordable, 120 room motel next to US 101 in the center of Rohnert Park (the expressway exit), within walking distance of at least 8 restaurants and a short drive from several dozen Sonoma County vineyards. The pet friendly inn has two floors with exterior corridors and an outdoor pool; free deluxe continental breakfast is served. Rooms are available with a microwave and refrigerator.
