San Pablo Hotels

The Holiday Inn Express is the only major hotel in San Pablo, north of Richmond on the east side of San Francisco Bay - located right next to exit 18 of interstate 80 (San Pablo Dam Road), and behind a shopping center that also has a selection of restaurants. The 85 extra large rooms (on 3 floors) are clean and well maintained, as are the public areas, which include an atrium lobby, sauna, whirlpool, exercise room, and a small, sheltered garden with gazebo. Various types of suite are available, with such amenities as a 2-person whirlpool bath and a wet bar. The hotel serves the reliable free Express Start hot breakfast buffet.

On the north side of San Pablo, the Rodeway Inn is a basic, exterior corridor motel that offers free wi-fi, free continental breakfast, a coffee shop and coin-operated laundry, while the guest rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave. Accommodations are in several small blocks, surrounding the central parking lot. The two floor property sites on the east side of San Pablo Avenue close to Contra Costa College, and one mile from HIlltop Mall.
