Along Hwy 8 near the west edge of Moscow, Best Western Plus University Inn is a large, well established hotel of 173 rooms; all contain a refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea maker & haridryer, and have views either of the central courtyard garden or the mixed residential/commercial neighborhood. The inn sits adjacent to the main shopping area in town, with a good selection of restaurants and several large stores including Wal-Mart. University of Idaho is just across the main road, which leads to downtown Moscow one mile east and to Pullman, WA, 8 miles west. Fairfield Inn Moscow is built along busy Pulman Road, a street of shops, restaurants, bars and other businesses, adjacent to University of Idaho. This location is half way (one mile) between the city center and the Washington stateline.
