Hilton are represented in Rexburg by the Hampton Inn, a fully featured hotel with a rural location on the south side of town along 4th Street, close to the US 20/University Blvd intersection. All accommodations contain a coffee maker and refrigerator, while the suites additionally feature a microwave and extra living space. Free hot breakfast is served each morning, also available in a takeout version (Mon-Fri). The hotel has a fitness center, business center (24 hours) and meeting space.

The SpringHill Suites by Marriott opened in 2009 and has become the top hotel in Rexburg because of its excellent staff, the range of food at the free hot breakfast, the oversize, comfortable & well equipped accommodations and the quiet location - the property sits at the edge of the countryside 2 miles south of the town center, a short drive from US 20. Other amenities are an indoor pool, hot tub, free wi-fi, a fitness center, business center and 1,700 sq ft of meeting space. All rooms have a kitchenette area with microwave & refrigerator, plus an executive desk and sofa bed. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance.

Locations within two miles of the Best Western include Rexburg Golf Club, Rexburg-Madison County Airport and Brigham Young University - the pet friendly hotel has a suburban location along Main Street on the west side of town, right next to US 20. The place is fairly old but clean, welcoming and fairly quiet, being set back a little from the main road and surrounded by lawns, at the edge of a residential area. Facilities are as expected, namely free breakfast, an indoor pool, whirlpool, copy/fax service, guest laundry and a meeting room.

The Super 8 is a good choice for budget accommodation in Rexburg, the last Idaho town with chain motels along US 20 for those heading north towards Yellowstone National Park, the west entrance to which is 82 miles away. The interior corridor motel offers 41 bright, decent-sized, one or two bed rooms, including a few suites with either a hot tub bath or a fireplace. Other amenities are an indoor pool/whirlpool, guest-use computer, free continental breakfast and free wi-fi. Access is via Main Street, one mile east of US 20, and there are plenty of shops & restaurants close by.
