Newberg Hotels

Like most Newberg hotels, the 64 room Holiday Inn Express is located along Hwy 99W, a little way east of the city center, part of a line of businesses including restaurants and small shops. An adjacent building helps shield the property from the highway, ensuring a quiet stay. Over a hundred wineries are within an hour's drive, up and down the Willamette Valley. The hotel opened summer 2017 after full renovation of an existing property, and it offers free wi-fi and free buffet breakfast, an outdoor pool/hot tub and a fitness center.

Best Western Newberg Inn adjoins a residential area on the north side of Hwy 99, within a short walk of shopping & dining, and 0.3 miles from George Fox University. The compact two floor building contains 51 good sized rooms, complete with microwave, coffee/tea maker and refrigerator; other facilities in the hotel are a small exercise room, a steam room, an indoor pool and a newsstand. Enhanced free continental breakfast is provided each morning. Other places within a few miles include Sportsman Airpark, Providence Medical Center, Chehalem Glenn Golf Course and the Willamette River.

The 79 room Fairfield Inn, the first Marriott hotel in Newberg, opens early 2025, located, like most other lodging in town, along Hwy 99W east of the center, next to a shopping area with supermarket and several restaurants. Providence Medical Center is just down the street. A fitness center, outdoor pool and free breakfast are the main amenities. Also close by are Chehalem Glenn Golf Course and the Willamette River.

The pet friendly, interior corridor Newberg Travelodge Suites is set back a little way from the main road (Hwy 99) so its 41 oversized rooms provide a peaceful night's sleep. All accommodations feature a microwave, refrigerator and living area, while the motel offers free continental breakfast, an indoor pool/spa and an exercise room. The neighborhood has a typical mixture of shops and restaurants, three of which are right next door, and also a drive-in cinema just down the street. George Fox University and downtown Newberg are one mile west, while Portland is 20 miles northeast.
