Hampton Inn Kenedy has four floors, 73 guest rooms and a 600 sq ft meeting room, catering for events of up to 50 people. The property opened fall 2014, and it enjoys a quiet if somewhat isolated location along US 181 in the countryside north of the town center. Accommodations include a selection of suites with extra space and a sofa bed. Free hot breakfast is prepared each morning (take out version available), while snacks, drinks & cookable meals may be purchased from a 24 hour convenience store. Meals can also be prepared using the barbecue grills. Also available are an outdoor pool, fitness center and a 24 hour business center.

One of many hotels in southeast Texas catering partly to the growth in oil and gas operations, Holiday Inn Express Kenedy is situated along US 181 on the northwest side of town, near Karnes Country Airport. Free hot breakfast is served each morning and there are a few restaurants within walking distance, one right opposite. All rooms are equipped with microwave & refrigerator, and have relaxing countryside views. Also available are a 24 hour fitness center, a heated outdoor pool, a patio with grills & cabanas, a business center and meeting space. A free manager's reception is staged two nights a week.

Candlewood Suites Kenedy backs on to undeveloped, partly wooded land, and it has a peaceful location at the end of a short side street off US 181, on the north side of the city. The hotel accommodates business or leisure travelers in a selection of one bedroom and studio suites, all of which have a sofa bed, executive desk and a full kitchen. 24 hour amenities include a fitness center, fitness center, laundry and convenience store, while other facilities are a picnic area, outdoor pool, gazebo and lending library. Food for cooking may be purchased from a Walmart store just down the street, and there are also several restaurants close by. The hotel opened late 2015.

Best Western Plus Kenedy Inn sits along a quiet side road on the north edge of town, with views of trees and farmland in most directions, though opposite a Wal-Mart store and within walking distance of several restaurants. Karnes County Airport is also close by, a few blocks south. The three story hotel has 57 rooms, all with microwave, refrigerator, work desk, coffee/tea maker and ironing equipment. Complimentary full breakfast is provided each morning. An outdoor pool, fitness center, laundry, a business center and a 45 person meeting room are some of the other facilities.

The two floor, interior corridor Quality Inn Kenedy has a northerly location in town along US 281, near a few restaurants, other hotels and business premises. Accommodations comprise standard rooms plus one or two bed studio suites which have a pull-out sofa and a work desk. All contain a microwave & refrigerator. Free hot breakfast is provided; other amenities are limited to free wi-f, a sundry shop, a picnic area and a business center.

Microtel Inn Kenedy has a partly rural location beside US 181 on the north edge of town, close to Karnes Country Airport, a Wal-Mart store and a sports park. Some guest rooms contain a kitchenette, and all have at least a microwave & refrigerator, plus a work desk, coffee/tea maker and ironing facilities. Continental breakfast and wi-fi are complimentary. The nearest restaurants (and a HEB supermarket) are half a mile south, around the Hwy 72 intersection.

Fifty miles southeast of San Antonio along US 181, the Days Inn is one of a small number of chain hotels in the small farming community of Kenedy, and it has a quiet, countryside setting along the highway on the north side of town, near Karnes Country Airport. A few restaurants and shops (including Wal-Mart) are within walking distance, though most facilities in Kenedy are one or two miles south. The exterior corridor inn was remodeled in 2009, and offers free continental breakfast, free internet access, cable TV, a mini refrigerator in most rooms, and a small fitness center.

Accommodations at Eagle's Den Suites Kenedy are divided between three exterior corridor blocks, each of two floors, looking out across the parking lot and a large lawn; in a lightly developed neighborhood on the west side of US 181, near the north edge of town. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and a Walmart store. All rooms are suites, including a full kitchen, with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave & refrigerator. Bbq grills are the only general amenity.

Along Bus US 181 on the south side of Kenedy, the Super 8 provides simple, affordable lodging, contained within a new-looking, three storey building offering countryside views. Restaurants and other services can be found 1.5 miles north, around the US 181/Hwy 72 intersection. The hotel has an outdoor pool and coin-operated laundry. Wi-fi and breakfast are complimentary. Guest rooms are equipped with a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave.
