La Vernia Hotels

Best Western Green Oak Inn was built in 2019, the first chain hotel in the small city of La Vernia, 20 miles east of San Antonio; it offers an outdoor pool, business & fitness centers, a snack shop and a meeting room. Free hot breakfast is prepared each morning, while for other meals there are three restaurants adjacent, and also a HEB supermarket. The hotel is part of a group of businesses at the west edge of town along US 87, backing on to farmland, and shielded by other buildings from the highway, so the guest rooms provide a quiet night's sleep.
