Free wi-fi, free continental breakfast and a microwave/refrigerator in each guest room are the amenities of the budget-priced Rodeway Inn, which provides the only chain lodging in the small, central Texas city of Ranger. Accommodations are in two ground floor, exterior corridor blocks either side of the central parking area, bordered by fields on three sides, and with the northern I-20 frontage road at the front; access is from exit 349, Hwy 254. In the vicinity are a travel center and a couple of restaurants. Pets are welcome. Downtown Ranger is 2.5 miles north.
