Comfort Suites Dixon is a handsome, modern hotel along Hwy 113 (1st Street), attractively decorated in shades of yellow. The four story building is set back a little from the highway so its 80 oversized, refrigerator/microwave-equipped rooms provide a quiet night's sleep. The surroundings are semi rural, this location being right at the north end of town, close to I-80 exit 66. Best Western is one of the main hotels in Dixon, CA - a small commuter city along I-80 about 20 miles southwest of Sacramento. The inn is situated on the east side of exit 64 (Pitt School Road) of the interstate, and half its 104 rooms face the highway but all are quiet, and the surroundings are generally residential. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, closest being a Denny's right next door. For leisure the hotel has an outdoor pool at the front, a spa, steam room and a sauna. Complimentary continental breakfast is served. Meeting space and a business center are available for those here to work.
