Vacaville Hotels

Marriott manages three hotels in Vacaville within a third of a mile of each other. The Courtyard offers perhaps the best services and level of comfort, with 127 beautifully clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, good quality breakfast (not free, however), and pleasant grounds, which include a private courtyard garden, outdoor pool and hot tub. The hotel is situated right next to I-80 (exit 55), and opposite Vacaville Premium Outlets Mall - 2 miles from the town center and 30 miles from Sacramento. Meeting space totals 2,739 sq ft, enough for events of up to 80 people.

For longer stay visitors to Vacaville, the top choice is the all suite Residence Inn by Marriott, which has a quiet setting 500 feet from the road, in between the Fairfield Inn and the edge of Vacaville Premium Outlets Mall. It has the standard layout of most properties of this brand, with the lobby and restaurant in one building the front, and the accommodations in a larger block behind - here comprising 78 one-bedroom, two-bedroom or studio suites, all clean, comfortable, well furnished and equipped with a full kitchen. Services include free hot buffet breakfast, free evening reception (Mon-Thu), a fitness center, indoor pool and hot tub.

The Holiday Inn Express in Vacaville is one of a group of hotels on the east side of town near the Vacaville Premium Outlets Mall, close to the junction of I-80 with I-505. Although within walking distance of the mall and many other stores and restaurants, the inn has a quiet location along a side street, at the edge of a residential area. It serves hot breakfast buffet, and has amenities of indoor pool, newsstand, whirlpool, sundeck, health/fitness center and guest laundry. Accommodation comprises 91 rooms & suites on three floors, with all rooms containing a microwave and refrigerator.

On the east side of Vacaville, half way between Oakland and Sacramento, the Best Western Heritage Inn is part of a busy commercial neighborhood around I-80, close to many large stores including the Vacaville Premium Outlets Mall. Also within a mile is the Green Tree Golf Course, Centennial Park and Nut Tree Airport. The 41 room, 2 story inn is located along Monte Vista Avenue, just west of exit 55 of the interstate, and close to many restaurants, nearest being Denny's and IHOP. Free continental breakfast is served, and the hotel has an outdoor pool.

Vacaville's Fairfield Inn is part of a small hotel complex on the north side of the Vacaville Premium Outlets Mall, along Orange Drive - just east of I-80 (exit 55). Despite being close to the interstate, the location is quiet as the hotel is set back a way from the access road, adjacent to a residential estate. Besides the shops, many restaurants are close by, though a complimentary hot breakfast is served on the premises. The 81 rooms are all large and comfortable, and the inn has other facilities of an indoor pool, hot tub, guest laundry, and a patio with picnic tables. For exercise, guests may use the fitness center at the Residence Inn next door.

Comfort Suites is part of a small group of hotels around Vacaville's Premium Outlets Mall - opposite the I-80/I-505 junction and 2.5 miles from Vacaville town center. The clean, modern building is about 1,000 feet from the main road, backing on to a residential area, and so allows a nice quiet sleep in its 70 oversized rooms, all of which contain microwave and refrigerator. Free full breakfast is served, an on-site convenience store allows purchase of snacks & drinks, and there are two restaurants adjacent, with others 0.4 miles south by the mall. Leisure facilities are the usual pool, hot tub and fitness room.

Three miles east of the center of Vacaville, CA, the Quality Inn motel offers 114 rooms in a countryside setting alongside I-80 (exit 57; Leisure Town Road). The inn is a short walk from the Green Tree Golf Course and a mile from one of the main outlet malls of north California - Vacaville Premium Outlets. There is a restaurant on-site (Reggie's Island Grill), an outdoor pool, hot tub, cocktail lounge, fitness center, newsstand and guest laundry. Free continental breakfast is available. Super 8 Vacaville enjoys semi-rural surroundings one mile northeast of the city center, along a side street 800 feet from Interstate 80; north-facing rooms look out over grassy hills, and open countryside is a short drive away. There are many restaurants in the vicinity, and a good selection of shops on the far side of the interstate. The motel has 50 rooms, three floors and interior corridors, and is mostly shielded by trees from adjacent buildings. Amenities include a sheltered outdoor pool, well away from the access road, plus free wi-fi and free continental breakfast. Pet friendly rooms are available.
