Hanford Hotels

Near the south edge of Hanford, the Best Western Hanford Inn is an average motel-style establishment of 2 floors with outside corridors, 40 rooms and a pool, in a mixed residential/business zone just south of the main road through town (CA 198, near the junction with 11th Avenue). Complimentary continental breakfast is available. Hanford Mall, the municipal airport and the downtown area are all about a mile away, and although the surrounding countryside has little of interest, the hotel is 53 miles from Sequoia National Park and the edge of the Sierra Nevada.

Marriott's representative in Hanford is the Fairfield Inn, open winter 2024/5, situated at the edge of the countryside along Hwy 198, three miles west of the city center - a peaceful, semi-rural location, yet still close to dining and shopping, including a Walmart store. Guest rooms, equipped with microwave and refrigerator, have long-distance views over the flat surroundings. Features include the usual free hot breakfast, a fitness center, a convenience store and meeting space.

Comfort Inn Hanford has a central location at the corner of Irwin & 6th Streets, 2 blocks north of CA 198 and within walking distance of downtown, which has a historic courtyard square, many restaurants & shops, and several parks. This is a 3 story hotel featuring an outdoor pool, hot tub, free full breakfast, a gift shop and guest laundry. Some of the 65 rooms contain a microwave & refrigerator; also available are several types of suites with extra facilities like fireplaces and whirlpool baths.

Downtown Motel was rebranded as Rodeway Inn Hanford in 2014, offering low-cost accommodations and a city center location, one block south of 7th Street. Guest accommodations are divided into two narrow blocks either side of one section of the parking lot, one of two storys, the other upper floor only. There are no amenities apart from free wi-fi and a microwave/refrigerator in each room. Hwy 198 runs past a short distance south. Pets are welcome.
