La Quinta Hotels

The La Quinta Resort & Club is part of the Waldorf Astoria Collection from Hilton Hotels, a group of some of the most luxurious properties in the USA. Occupying a large area at the foot of the Santa Rosa Mountains, the resort contains no fewer than 796 beautifully decorated villas, suites, casitas and private residences surrounded by acres of landscaped grounds that include dozens of pools & spas, a 23,000 sq ft spa and five championship golf courses. The hotel has been open for business since 1926 and retains its historic charm; combined with the excellent customer service and spectacular location, it is considered by many to be the top hotel in the greater Palm Springs area. Also available on site are tennis courts, extensive meeting facilities, several restaurants and many shops.

Open winter 2020/21, the Residence Inn by Marriott has a central location in La Quinta along Hwy 111, near the Dune Palms Road intersection, a short walk from a selection of restaurants and shops and one mile from the edge of the San Jacinto Mountains. The four floor property contains 108 suites (studio, one bedroom and two bedroom), all of which include a fully equipped kitchen. Weekday evening receptions, daily hot breakfast and a grocery delivery service are complimentary. The hotel also offers the usual facilities for recreation, meetings and business.

Right in the middle of La Quinta's shopping and dining district, the Embassy Suites is a large and well managed hotel centered on a four floor atrium lobby, location of Cafe LQ which is open every day for lunch, dinner and evening drinks. The hotel's spacious grounds also include a sizeable outdoor pool, lined with tall palm trees, while inside, other facilities are a fitness center, gift shop, video games arcade, the Spa Hibiscus, a 24 hour business center and meeting space - largest single room is 5,311 sq ft. Free cooked-to-order breakfast is prepared each morning, and a free manager's reception is staged weekday evenings.

The luxurious, upscale Homewood Suites by Hilton La Quinta caters for guests in 129 studio, one bed or two bed suites, in several blocks surrounding a beautiful tropical courtyard garden with large outdoor pool. The hotel is built just off Washington Street near the course of Whitewater River, partly surrounded by undeveloped land but less than a mile from the main shopping center in town, along Hwy 111. Both full breakfast (every morning) and evening dinner & drinks (Mon-Thu) are complimentary, as is wi-fi. Besides the pool, other leisure amenities are a fitness center and putting green. A business center and meeting space are available for those here to work.
