TownePlace Suites by Marriott Loma Linda has a semi-rural location on the south side of Interstate 10, half way between exits 74 and 75, adjoining a small commercial complex of several restaurants and car dealerships. Catering for short stay guests as well as long stay travellers, the hotel contains 86 suites, all equipped with a full kitchen, plus two meeting rooms and a dining area for the free hot breakfast. Exterior amenities are a bbq area, pool and hot tub; also available are a business center, fitness center and convenience store.

Holiday Inn Express is located along Redlands Boulevard at the edge of a quiet residential neighborhood; near I-10 (exit 74, Anderson Street) though not so close to be affected by traffic noise. A small group of restaurants are within walking distance, around he interstate exit, while on the far side of the freeway are various large stores such as Costco, Office Depot, Staples and Sam's Club. Accommodations - all equipped with refrigerator/microwave - comprise 57 regular rooms and 28 studio suites, while the other hotel amenities include an outdoor pool/hot tub, fitness center, a 1,800 sq ft (80 person) meeting room, a spacious lobby and a dining area for the free hot breakfast buffet.

New for spring 2023, the Candlewood Suites is part of a group of business including other hotels, on the south side of Interstate 10 near the Anderson Street exit, right next to a sister property, the Holiday Inn Express. San Bernardino International Airport is 3 miles north, while a short distance east are several medical facilities including VA Ambulatory Care Center and Mountain View Surgery Center. The all-suite accommodations feature full kitchens and executive desks. Breakfast is complimentary.
