Residence Inn Redondo Beach is located in an industrial/business area near the 405 freeway, right next to the Redondo Beach station on the green line of the LA Metro. There is one restaurant nearby and many more, together with several large stores, half a mile north along Rosecrans Avenue. The all-suite accommodation is available in two bedroom, one bedroom and studio layouts, all rooms containing a full kitchen; food for cooking can be ordered using the complimentary grocery shopping service. Hotel highlights include a 24 hour convenience store, outdoor pool/whirlpool, fitness & business centers and over 2,500 square feet of meeting/event space, enough for gatherings of up to 100 people. The onsite Garden Grille restaurant serves freshly cooked breakfast, plus lunch and dinner, while evening drinks are available from the lounge/bar. This location is 6 miles by road from Los Angeles Airport.

The Redondo Beach Hotel faces Redondo Beach Marina, within sight of the Pacific Ocean; the nearest major beach is half a mile north, while the shops and restaurants around Redondo Beach Pier are a similar distance south. Also nearby, just a couple of minutes walk away, is a city park containing a picnic area, sandy beach and a shallow pool. The hotel has a good reputation for its clean, quiet & comfortable rooms, and the friendly staff. Amenities include a sheltered outdoor pool, a hot tub, exercise room, and facilities for business, meetings & events. Bike rental is available.

The southernmost of two Best Western hotels near Redondo Beach has a fine location along the Pacific Coast Highway (CA 1), at the edge of a leafy residential area but within a short walk of plenty of restaurants & shops, and 0.7 miles from the nearest beach. The above average facilities at the full service Best Western Redondo Beach Inn include an outdoor pool with a poolside cafe (open for breakfast and lunch), a cocktail lounge, gift shop, fitness center, hot tub and sauna. Parking, internet access and coffee are free, though not breakfast. There are 108 rooms available in the 3 floor building - all contain a refrigerator, some have a whirlpool bath and extra sofa bed.

Rooms at the Mediterranean-style Best Western Redondo Beach Galleria Inn are comfortable and quiet, despite the hotel's location along busy Artesia Boulevard, which leads directly to the beach, 2.7 miles west. In the other direction, a five minute walk reaches the edge of the huge South Bay Galleria Mall, containing many shops, restaurants and a 16 screen movie theater. Los Angeles Airport is 8 miles away, mostly along I-405. The Best Western is quite small (51 rooms), but well managed, and offers complimentary breakfast, a hot tub, steam room, free internet access and guest laundry.

Ramada Limited Redondo Beach is two blocks from Veterans Park, which has picnic areas and a childrens' playground, and adjoins the Pacific Ocean beaches. A little way north are the Pier Shopping Center, Fishermans Wharf, Seaside Lagoon and many other waterfront attractions. Guest rooms are contained within a two floor, square-shaped building with a courtyard parking lot at the center, entered via a driveway through the front. All feature pillowtop mattresses, a microwave and a refrigerator. A few hot tub bath suites and two room suites are available. The motel has a small, secluded patio at the rear, with a whirlpool bath. Continental breakfast is complimentary.
