Reached by walking 5.2 miles down the Ten Lakes Trail then 1.4 miles along a spur and 0.4 miles cross-country, the upper of the two Grant Lakes presents a very pretty appearance, mostly surrounded by open white granite slickrock, sloping up steeply on three sides.
