The Comfort Inn is the first chain hotel in Lovington, open summer 2016, situated beside US 82 near the north edge of town, in a lightly developed, mostly residential neighborhood. Amenities are the usual fitness center and pool, business center and meeting space (for up to 30 people), free wi-fi and free hot breakfast. Some rooms feature a sofa sleeper; all have a microwave and a refrigerator. Most restaurants in Lovington are about a mile to the south in the downtown area, around the intersection of US 82 with Hwy 83 from Hobbs and Hwy 18 from Denver City, TX.
