Reedsport's Best Western hotel has a good location along US 101 in the small town center, opposite a supermarket and close to several restaurants, and it makes a good base from which to explore Oregon Dunes NRA, being about half way along its 40 miles length. The 57 room building backs on to a tributary of the Umatilla River and is 5.5 miles from the closest Pacific Ocean access, at Ziolkouski Beach Park.
