Borger Hotels

There are two restaurants near Hampton Inn Borger, and a Wal-Mart store just across the street, but most of the surroundings are undeveloped countryside, along Wilson Street (Hwy 136), the western approach to town. Other places within one mile include Frank Phillips College and Johnson Park. Accommodation comprises 64 rooms and studio suites, the latter containing a microwave & refrigerator. The hotel has a snack shop, business center and two meeting rooms. For relaxation, a fitness room and indoor pool are provided.

On the western approach to Borger along Highway 136 (Wilson Street), the Holiday Inn Express occupies a quiet site in a semi-rural neighborhood but within walking distance of a few stores and restaurants. The hotel offers 72 guest rooms and suites, all bright, modern and very comfortable, equipped with such facilities as a microwave, refrigerator and wet bar. Free hot breakfast buffet is served; the other main amenities are a fitness center, indoor pool, hot tub, guest laundry, one meeting room and a small business center.

The Best Western hotel in Borger is a 60 room, east-west facing property with shops to one side and the greenery of Johnson Park on the other. Borger is the closest major town to Alibates Flint Quarries National Monument and Lake Meredith National Recreation Area, 15 miles to the west. The hotel provides complimentary full breakfast and is within easy walking distance of at least eight restaurants; other amenities include a heated indoor pool, exercise facility, business center and guest laundry. The center of Borger is half a mile east along Main Street (TX 140).
