The spacious accommodations, free hot breakfast and microwave/refrigerator in each room make Holiday Inn Express Pearsall a good place for either short or long stays, with added space and facilities available in a selection of suites. The hotel adjoins exit 101 of I-35 in a generally rural neighborhood, close to a few restaurants and a travel center. Downtown San Antonio is 55 miles north, Uvalde 55 miles west and Laredo 100 miles south. Other amenities are a business center, fitness center and pool. The hotel opened November 2012.

The Quality Inn is situated on the southwest side of Pearsall between exits 99 and 101 of I-35. The neighborhood has a mixture of fields and residences, plus a few shops; a generally quiet location, about a mile from the center. Accommodations comprise standard rooms - modern and spacious, equipped with a microwave & refrigerator, plus a selection of suites that have extra living space and a pull-out sofa. Free breakfast is served each morning, and a take-out version is available on weekdays. A fitness center, business center and convenience store are all open 24 hours a day. The hotel also has an outdoor pool and a 500 sq ft meeting room.

The recently constructed Baymont Inn & Suites Pearsall provides a clean and comfortable place to stay for travelers on I-35 between Laredo and San Antonio - the inn sits next to farmland 0.2 miles from exit 101 of the interstate, on Comal Street which leads to Pearsall town center one mile east. The building is quite small (48 rooms) but modern and well presented, with an outdoor pool at the back, overlooking the fields, and interior amenities of a hot tub, small exercise room, laundry, guest-use computer, and a dining area for the free continental breakfast. This is a pet friendly hotel, and four kennels are available. Rooms are bright and welcoming, equipped with microwave, refrigerator and free internet access. The suites have a hot tub bath and sofa bed.
