The Staybridge Suites one of the newest hotels in Pecos, open spring 2019; an all-suite/extended stay property with a quiet location along a side street off US 285 near the I-20 intersection, within walking distance of several restaurants and a Walmart store. All accommodations contain a full kitchen, and guests can also prepare meals using the outdoor bbq area. Both daily hot breakfast and weekday evening receptions (Mon-Wed) are complimentary. Recreation amenities are an indoor pool and a fitness center.

Locations within one mile of Hampton Inn Pecos include Reeves County Golf Course, Reeves County District Hospital, Pecos Municipal Airport and a small zoo, though the immediate surroundings are undeveloped; the hotel sits on the southern I-20 frontage road at the west edge of town, near the California Avenue exit. South facing rooms in particular enjoy long distance views over expansive desert plains. The 64 room hotel provides free hot breakfast (take out version available Monday to Friday), together with the usual leisure, business and meetings facilities.

Holiday Inn Express hotel in Pecos offers 71, comfortable, modern, microwave/refrigerator-equipped rooms & suites, all allowing a quiet night's sleep since the property has a rural location along Cedar Street (US 285) - a mile south of the town center and half a mile from exit 42 of Interstate 20. There is a small Wal-Mart store opposite though not much else nearby - the closest restaurants are several blocks away. The hotel provides free hot breakfast and free internet access, plus amenities of an outdoor pool, hot tub, convenience store, laundry and business center.

Best Western Swiss Clock Inn is a themed hotel partly built in the style of a Swiss Alpine lodge, one of only a few hotels in Pecos - a small town in far west Texas. The Clock Inn is adjacent to exit 40 of I-20 (Country Club Drive), in a mostly rural neighborhood, close to Reeves County Golf Course and Pecos Municipal Airport. The hotel's 103 rooms are all on the ground floor, arranged in 3 blocks around an outdoor pool & gardens. Free continental breakfast is offered, and the on-site Alpine Lodge restaurant/lounge serves lunch and dinner.

A second Swiss-themed Best Western hotel opened in Pecos in 2009, offering slightly larger and more modern rooms than its neighbor but still with the same good range of services and friendly management. The two hotels are right next to each other along the southern I-20 frontage road near to exit 40 - on the south side of town by the edge of Reeves Country Golf Course. The Best Western Swiss Chalet Hotel has 3 floors and 60 rooms in a variety of configurations, all equipped with microwave and refrigerator. Leisure facilities are the expected pool (indoor), hot tub and 24 hour fitness room. Free full breakfast is served.

The Fairfield Inn is a three story, 87 room property, built along the northern I-20 frontage road near exit 40, bordering a residential area to the rear. There is one restaurant nearby, as most dining places in town are either in the center, or along US 285 to the east. Accommodations include a selection of suites with sofa bed and extra living space; all rooms contain a microwave and refrigerator. The hotel provides free hot breakfast buffet, and has other facilities of an outdoor pool, fitness center, bbq area and sundry store.

The Comfort Suites provides high quality, all-suite accommodation to Pecos visitors, catering for guests in 58 oversized rooms all containing a refrigerator, microwave, executive desk, coffee/tea maker and ironing facilities. The three floor property enjoys quiet surroundings at the edge of the countryside on the south side of I-20 by exit 40, near Reeves County Golf Course and 2 miles from Pecos town center. Also close by are the local zoo, park and airport. The main amenities are a fitness center, indoor pool/whirlpool, convenience store, picnic area, free wi-fi and free continental breakfast.

All accommodations at Microtel Inn Pecos contain a microwave, refrigerator & coffee maker, and include a selection of two-room suites equipped with a full kitchen. The recently built (2014), four floor property enjoys semi-rural surroundings, situated in a sparsely developed area at the south edge of town, beside the Cedar Street exit of Interstate 20. There is one restaurant in the vicinity (Denny's), and many more a mile or so north. The pet friendly hotel provides free hot breakfast and free wii-fi. Also available are a business center, fitness center and a 40-person meeting room.

The pet friendly Travelodge is part of a group of hotels around the I-20/US 285 intersection on the south side of Pecos; behind the Flying J Travel Center, overlooking undeveloped land to the west. Guest rooms are on two storeys, accessed by interior corridors, and are equipped with a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. General amenities are free wi-fi, a fitness center and a meeting room.
