The newest hotel in Perryton is the Holiday Inn Express, a 76 room property open late summer 2016, situated 2 miles south of the city center along US 83, mostly surrounded by open fields. In the vicinity are a supermarket, post office and two restaurants. The local golf course is close by, to the north, and one other nearby attraction is the Museum of the Plains. The hotel provides free buffet breakfast, including a few hot items, while other amenities are a fitness center, indoor pool, bbq grills, convenience store and fitness center. All guest rooms contain a microwave and refrigerator.

The 57 room Quality Inn has a southerly location in Perryton, built a few miles south of the town center along US 83 (Main Street), in a mostly rural setting though next to a small residential enclave on the east side of the highway. Perryton is one of the most northerly towns in the Texas panhandle, just 7 miles from the Oklahoma border, and 60 miles from Lake Meredith National Recreation Area. The interior corridor hotel has an indoor pool/hot tub and serves free hot breakfast; for other dining there are 4 restaurants within 2 blocks. Also nearby (1.7 miles) is Frank Phillips College.
