The Holiday Inn Express in Green River is a new hotel, open spring 2021, built in a previously undeveloped region west of the town center - along Hwy 19, half a mile from the I-70 intersection, within walking distance of several restaurants. Complimentary amenities are wi-fi, daily hot breakfast and hot snacks in the evenings. The pet friendly accommodations are equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator, and have long-distance views over the empty surroundings. The 57 room Comfort Inn is nearly the easternmost hotel in Green River, at the far end of Main Street, one mile north of exit 164 of I-15. Besides the standard rooms, several suites are available, equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, sofa bed and whirlpool bath. Events of up to 25 people can be accommodated in the hotel's meeting room.

The easternmost motel in Green River is the Super 8, the first to welcome travelers from Moab and Colorado along I-70. Like most places in town it has expansive views in all directions, being surrounded by open plains with just one adjacent business, a gas station & restaurant. The majority of locations in Green River are between 1 and 2 miles west. Free eight-item continental breakfast is provided each morning. Facilities are above average for a budget establishment, including a fitness center, hot tub and pool, free wi-fi and a business center.
