Open fall 2023, Casitas at the Hoodoo features apartment-style accommodations; each casita has two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a gas fire, and either patio or balcony, with views of the red sandstone cliffs that surround Moab in all directions. The hotel benefits from a quiet location, one block west of the main road (US 191), though still within walking distance of many shops, restaurants & bars. Moab Regional Hospital is just down the street, and the nearest hiking trails are less than one mile. The hotel also offers a restaurant, fitness center, outdoor pool, meeting rooms and concierge service.

The Homewood Suites is the first dedicated extended stay/all-suite hotel in Moab (open 2017), and is situated towards the north end of Main Street, bordering a residential area to the rear. All accommodations feature a full kitchen, dining area, living space including a sofa bed and executive desk, and free wi-fi; some have separate bedrooms. Both daily full breakfast and weekday evening receptions are complimentary. Snacks and cookable meals may be purchased from the 24 hour convenience store, while provisions may be ordered via the free grocery delivery service. An indoor salwater pool and a modern fitness center are the two main leisure amenities.

New for 2021, the Element hotel has a northerly location in Moab on the west side of US 191, adjoining a campground, and just a few hundred feet from the dramatic red cliffs that border the highway to the east. The 118 room property is about half way (one mile) between the city center and the Colorado River, still within walking distance of shopping and dining. Facilities include an outdoor pool/hot tub, a fitness center, conference space and a dining room for the free breakfast. Select accommodations include a kitchen and extra living space.

SpringHill Suites Moab is built at the lower end of Courthouse Wash where it meets the Colorado River, beside another Marriott hotel, the Fairfield Inn. This scenic location is right on the north edge of the city, just 1.5 miles from the entrance to Arches National Park; in the other direction, most facilities in Moab are between 2 and 4 miles away. The hotel has 89 studio suites, equipped with microwave, refrigerator, sofa bed and executive desk, many with views of the river. Free hot breakfast is served each morning, while snacks, drinks and sundries can be purchased 24 hours a day from the onsite convenience store.

MainStay Suites Moab is a new hotel (open early 2018), on the south side of the downtown area along Main Street, backing on to the wooded corridor of Pack Creek. Accommodations cater more to the extended stay traveler; all are studio suites, complete with full kitchen and premium-quality bedding. Wi-fi and hot breakfast are complimentary, while the other main amenities (shared with the adjacent Sleep Inn) are a business center, fitness center and outdoor pool. There is a supermarket (City Market) directly opposite, and plenty of restaurants nearby.
