Larkspur Hotels

The little town of Larkspur along Highway 101 has only one hotel, located next to the main center for shopping and dining, one block from the edge of San Francisco Bay and a short walk from the Larkspur ferry terminal, from where ships depart for the city about once an hour. By road, the center of San Francisco at Union Square is 16 miles away. The 146 clean, brightly decorated rooms at the Courtyard Larkspur Landing have views either inwards over the central landscaped garden and the outdoor pool/hot tub, or out over the surrounding wooded land of the Marin Peninsula - the two nearest attractions in the hills are Muir Woods National Monument and Mount Tamalpais State Park, both just a few miles away. The Courtyard has two dining outlets - a cafe serving breakfast and a lounge where drinks and snacks are available.
