The Comfort Suites is one of several motels along Beale Road, beside highway 70 (exit 20) on the southeastern approach to Marysville, between the suburbs of South Yuba and Linda. Along the road are several large stores including Wal-Mart, and many restaurants, while a little further away are Yuba Country Airport (2.5 miles), the Riverfront Park Complex (1.9 miles) and Ellis Lake in the center of Marysville (1.7 miles). The hotel occupies a clean, new, spacious building offering an indoor pool, free breakfast, guest laundry and a business center.
