Residence Inn Arvada is a long stay, all-suite property, open early 2024, centrally located in town along the Hwy 121 corridor, a few blocks north of Interstate 70 near the shops and restaurants in and around Arvada Marketplace. Downtown Denver is 7 miles southeast. All the suites contain a full kitchen, and they are available in two-bedroom, one-bedroom and studio layouts. Free hot breakfast is provided each morning. The Olde Town Arvada rail station is just across the street, enabling easy travel to places in the neighborhood.

Hilton Garden Inn Arvada Denver is a typically large and modern hotel of four storeys, 136 guest rooms and 2,500 square feet of meeting space, located along Olde Wadsworth Boulevard, near a cinema, Lowe's superstore and several restaurants. Interstate 70 runs past less than one mile south; access is from exit 269C. This is the first chain hotel in Arvada, and its facilities include an indoor pool, fitness center, business center and onsite restaurant, open for breakfast, dinner & evening room service. The light rail system is also close by, enabling easy travel to downtown Denver, while the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the international airport, 27 miles east.

All guest rooms at the pet friendly Suburban Studios Arvada feature a kitchenette; the hotel provides affordable, long stay accommodation, in a three story, interior corridor building along Hwy 95 on the east edge of town, near Westminster. Guests are within walking distance of shopping and dining, and also of Hidden Lake, which has a park at the far end.
