South Fork Hotels

The Quality Inn (formerly Allington Inn) is an affordable, two floor, interior corridor property with a fine location in the wooded valley of the South Fork Rio Grande, set back a little from the main road (US 160), and well-spaced from neighboring buildings. All guest rooms enjoy mountain views, and are equipped with refrigerator/microwave. The hotel provides free wi-fi and free hot breakfast, and has other amenities of an indoor pool & hot tub. There are two restaurants within walking distance. South Fork is approximately half way between Pagosa Springs and Monte Vista, and makes a good base from which to explore the eastern San Juan Mountains.
