The building is modern in appearance, with three floors and interior corridors, and it borders open countryside to the south. There is one restaurant adjacent, a 50s-style diner, and a few others within walking distance. All guest rooms contain a refrigerator and a coffee maker. The nearest scenic area is Stagecoach State Park, 14 miles north.
