Coeur d'Alene Hotels

The Staybridge Suites is part of a business/commercial district (Riverstone Complex) along Northwest Blvd, close to I-90 exit 11, within walking distance of several restaurants; one is adjacent. This is an all-suite hotel, offering accommodations in studio, one bedroom and two bedroom layouts, all including a full kitchen. Both daily hot breakfast and weekday evening receptions (including beer & wine) are complimentary, as is the guest laundry facility. The hotel also has an outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and meeting/event space.

Hilton's Hampton Inn is part of an upscale, recently developed area (Riverstone) on the north side of the city, near the Spokane River at the end of Coeur d'Alene Lake - half a mile from I-90 exit 11, and 2 miles from downtown. Trails run past the hotel along the waterfront and to an adjacent park, which has its own, six acre lake. The hotel is considered by some to be the best in Coeur d'Alene because of the quiet location, the professional staff, the stylish rooms and the above average free breakfast, which includes hot items. It also offers 2,720 sq ft of meeting space, a business center, fitness center and indoor pool/hot tub.

TownePlace Suites, the second Marriott hotel in Coeur d'Alene, opened spring 2024, situated at the busy intersection of Interstate 90 and Northwest Boulevard, a half mile walk from the shores of the Spokane River. In the vicinity are various restaurants and shops, including the outlets at the Village at Riverstone. The property is 37 miles from Spokane International Airport. Hotel highlights are an outdoor patio, bbq grills, a fitness center and an indoor pool/spa. This is an all-suite hotel, all accommodations with a full kitchen. Hot breakfast is complimentary.

SpringHill Suites is the only Marriott hotel in Coeur d'Alene, accommodating guests in large, modern studio suites with facilities of a refrigerator, microwave, work desk, sofa bed and extra comfortable bedding. The 4 floor, 118 room property sits at the Ramsey Road intersection of I-90, one mile northwest of the city center. Free hot breakfast is prepared each morning; for other meals there are plenty of restaurants a short walk south. Leisure amenities are an indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center.

One of several Coeur d'Alene hotels on the north side of I-90 (at exit 13), the Ramada accommodates guests in 69 good sized rooms, all containing a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer and pillow top mattresses. Free breakfast buffet is provided each morning, and there are plenty of fast food restaurants within one block. Other amenities are the standard pool (indoor), hot tub, free wi-fi, guest laundry and basic business services. The main shopping street in the city (US 95, Lincoln Way) is one mile west

The Holiday Inn Express hotel in Coeur d'Alene is a typically new, clean and well managed property of 101 rooms & suites, an indoor pool, 24 hour fitness center, whirlpool, business center and a 15-person boardroom. The hotel faces I-90 (exit 11; Northwest Boulevard) but has quite a scenic location surrounded by a line of fir trees, less than half a mile from the Spokane River. There are several restaurants near the interstate; other locations close by include Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course, Kootenai Health Center and North Idaho College. Complimentary amenities at the hotel are wi-fi and hot breakfast buffet.

Like most hotels in Coeur d'Alene, the Best Western is situated on the north side of town adjacent to I-90 (exit 12) - a busy area with shops, restaurants and gas stations, near Kootenai Health Center. Although fairly old, the 2 floor building and its 122 refrigerator-equipped rooms are very clean and welcoming, and the hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including an on-site restaurant/bar, free full breakfast, a pool & hot tub, sun deck, gift shop, meetings/banquet facilities for up to 800 guests, a fitness center and a complimentary shuttle to the airport (6 miles north). Pets are allowed, with restrictions.

The Comfort Inn (formerly Shilo Inn) has a central location in Coeur d'Alene, on the northwest side of the I-90/US 95 intersection, part of a line of businesses along Appleway Avenue, also including several restaurants and a Lowe's superstore. The hotel occupies a three floor, interior corridor building, on a site shared with the MainStay Suites. Airport transportation, hot breakfast and wi-fi are complimentary. Other amenities are a fitness center and meeting room, though no pool.

Although right next to I-90 at the Lincoln Way exit, Quality Inn Coeur d'Alene is shielded from the freeway by a line of trees, and is set back a little from the access road, behind a couple of restaurants. There are also various shops nearby, and a supermarket (Albertson's) half a mile south on the far side of the interstate. The hotel provides free hot breakfast and free cookies in the evening, plus a business center and the usual three leisure facilities. Rooms are available with a hot tub bath, sofa bed, microwave, refrigerator & sink.

MainStay Suites Coeur d'Alene shares some facilities with another Choice Hotels property, the Comfort Inn, to which it is connected, but differs in that accommodations are primarily for extended stay travelers, featuring a kitchen and extra living space. The building has a secluded location, shielded from the main road (Appleway Avenue) by other businesses, though close to I-90 to the south. Free breakfast, free airport shuttle and a fitness center are the main amenities.

The pet friendly Baymont Inn is one of the few hotels on the southeast side of Coeur d'Alene, situated along Sherman Avenue, in a residential neighborhood next to I-90 exit 15. The complex has a reasonable-sized parking lot at the front, and is surrounded by trees in most directions; all facilities are indoors, including a pool, hot tub and 25 person meeting room. Some accommodations contain a kitchenette, while all have a microwave and refrigerator. Guests are within walking distance of Fernan Lake, on the far side of the interstate, and also from a small selection of restaurants. The city center is one mile west. Continental breakfast is complimentary.

For a budget property, Days Inn Coeur d'Alene has an above average range of amenities, including fitness & business centers, a hot tub, meeting space, free wi-fi and free continental breakfast. The timber-clad, interior corridor motel is part of an area of shops, restaurants and other businesses on the northwest edge of town beside I-90 exit 11, a short walk from the Spokane River. Also nearby, within half a mile, are Kootenai Medical Center and Coeur d'Alene Golf Course.

Super 8 Coeur d'Alene occupies a clean-looking, three floor, interior corridor building at the US 95/I-90 intersection, at the edge of a quiet residential area. There is plenty of parking space at the front and rear, while inside, facilities are limited to a guest use computer, coin-operated laundry, free wi-fi and free continental breakfast. All guest rooms contain a refrigerator and microwave; cookable meals can be purchased from Albertson's supermarket, 0.8 miles north.

Coin-operated laundry, meeting space, a seasonal outdoor pool, free wi-fi and free coffee are the amenities of the pet friendly Rodeway Inn Coeur d'Alene, a budget-priced, two floor property with a quiet location - along a side street east of US 95, a short walk from Silver Lake Mall, towards the north edge of the city. There are at least five restaurants within two blocks. All guest rooms contain a refrigerator, while a few have a full kitchenette.
