Layton Hotels

There are three Marriott hotels in Layton, UT, all next to interstate 15 exit 322 (Antelope Drive). Oldest is the 110 room Courtyard Salt Lake City/Layton along Woodland Park Drive, next to several restaurants and shops including Target and Barnes & Noble. The hotel is known for its excellent customer relations, and has full service facilities that include the Summit Club restaurant/lounge (open for lunch & dinner), a cafe serving breakfast, an indoor/outdoor pool, a hot tub, and 3,100 sq ft of event space - the largest meeting room can accommodate up to 240 attendees.

The Great American Grill restaurant at Hilton Garden Inn Layton is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, while drinks and snacks are served at the Fahrenheit Lounge; also available are room service and a private dining club. The large and modern hotel is attached to the Davis Conference Center, along Heritage Park Boulevard near I-15 exit 332, which ranks amongst the top event venues in Utah, catering for gatherings of up to 4,000 people. Accommodations at the Hilton Garden Inn include regular guest rooms containing microwave/refrigerator, and several types of suites, most with kitchenette and/or hot tub bath. The usual pool (indoor), whirlpool and fitness center are provided for relaxation.

Like most chain hotels in Layton, the Hampton Inn is situated on the east side of I-10 close to the Antelope Drive exit, in a busy commercial area near various shops, restaurants and businesses, though the immediate surroundings are quiet, along a side road. All 98 guest rooms are equipped with a microwave and refrigerator; some have a sofa bed. Free hot breakfast is prepared each morning, available in a snack version for guests in a hurry. The hotel has a 24 hour business center though no meeting space. Other facilities are a comfortable fireplace lobby, an indoor pool and outdoor sundeck.

The Home2 Suites is one a group of hotels on the north side of Layton Hills Mall, surrounded by shops, restaurants and other businesses, though also next to a small open, grassy area crossed by a stream. Many of the guest rooms have fine views eastwards to the Wastach Range. Davis Conference Center is just across the street. The hotel features modern, all-suite accommodations; all have a fully equipped kitchen. Pet friendly rooms are available. Daily free hot breakfast is provided. The hotel has a fitness center and meeting space.

TownePlace Suites Salt Lake City Layton shares a parking lot with its two Marriott sister properties (Courtyard, Fairfield Inn) - all are part of a line of shops, restaurants and other businesses stretching from Layton Market Center to Layton Hills Mall, on the east side of I-15 between exits 331 and 332. The hotel caters for long stay guests in 95 studio, one bed or two bed suites, each with a full kitchen, executive work desk, sofa bed and separate sleeping/living areas. Accommodations are spacious and well equipped accommodations, and other facilities are good, comprising a business center, guest laundry, outdoor pool and 24 hour fitness center. Free breakfast is provided.

One of several hotels near I-15 exit 332, the Holiday Inn Express Layton has an easily reached location along Woodland Park Drive, just east of the interstate - close to Layton town center and in a mostly urban neighborhood but just a short drive from open countryside further east. The hotel is also near to many restaurants, shops & movie theatres, and half a mile from Layton Hills Mall. This is a large, clean and modern property with over 100 rooms and suites on 4 floors, and a good range of facilities including a health & fitness center, indoor pool, whirlpool, sports court, business center, meeting/event space and a free breakfast bar.

All accommodations at Candlewood Suites Layton, studio or one bedroom layouts, include a full kitchen and plenty of living space. Hotel features are an open lobby with business center & coffee station, a sundry store, several meeting rooms, a fitness center and gazebo with bbq grill. The hotel was newly constructed in 2023, located in a shopping/business neighborhood on the north side of Layton Hills Mall, accessed from the Antelope Drive exit of Interstate 15. There are two movie theaters within walking distance, and many restaurants.

Newly built in 2012, Best Western Plus Layton Park Hotel is close to all necessary facilities and situated close to I-15 - accessed from exit 331 of the interstate (hwy 232), the handsome, four floor property is just across the street from Layton Hills Mall and also within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, entertainment outlets and other stores. The 83 modern, nicely decorated guest rooms all contain a microwave & refrigerator; some have a sofa bed and whirlpool bath, and most have good views of the Wasatch Mountains to the east. Free hot breakfast is prepared each morning. Other amenities include a pool (indoor), fitness center, business center and one meeting room

Another of the hotels around exit 322 of I-15 (east side), Fairfield Inn Layton is a new-looking 3 story property, recently renovated, that contains 78 comfortable rooms, an indoor pool, whirlpool and a dining area where free continental breakfast is served - including a hot sandwich. There is a good selection of restaurants nearby, mostly to the southeast along Woodland Park Drive, a road which leads to the Layton Hills Mall after 0.7 miles. The hotel has a 660 sq ft meeting room, big enough for events of up to 50 guests.

Layton's Comfort Inn hotel occupies a large building between I-15 and 400 W Street, just southeast of exit 331 of the interstate, and a few miles south of downtown Layton. The hotel is also close to the suburbs of Clearfield, Kaysville and Farmington, and about 30 miles north of Salt Lake City. Two blocks north is the 95-store Layton Hills Mall, while other nearby sites are Swan Lakes Golf Course and Layton Commons Park. The Comfort Inn has an indoor pool/hot tub, exercise room, business center, newsstand and sun deck. Complimentary amenities are wi-fi and breakfast, including a few hot items.
