Open late 2014, the Microtel Inn was the first chain hotel in the small town of Naples, along US 40 a few miles southeast of Vernal. The three storey building is part of a lightly developed neighborhood and is bordered by farmland to the rear; the entrance to Dinosaur National Monument is just 14 miles away. Sites within a couple of miles include Vernal Golf Course and Vernal Regional Airport. All the oversized guest rooms feature a microwave, refrigerator and work desk, while the suites additionally have a sofa bed and extra living space. Other standard amenities include free continental breakfast, an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, meeting space and laundry.
