In far eastern Wyoming, the small town of Newcastle has one chain motel, the Super 8, located a few blocks east of the center beside the US 16/US 85 intersection, backing on to a wooded mesa. Guest rooms are on two floors of several connected exterior corridor blocks, and they have southwards views, across an artificial lake with seasonal fountain. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Amenities include free continental breakfast, meeting space, bbq grills, a gift shop and bar. Guest rooms contain a microwave and refrigerator.
