Lone Tree Hotels

Open late 2012, Hampton Inn Denver/South-RidgeGate is one of the southernmost hotels in the Denver area, amongst the first to welcome travelers arriving on I-25; the 106 room property is built on slightly elevated ground just off Lincoln Avenue (exit 193 of the interstate), so that west-facing rooms have nice views across the suburbs to the distant Rocky Mountains. Sky Ridge Medical Center is within walking distance, as are various restaurants and large stores. The hotel provides free hot breakfast, plus a take-out version (Mon-Fri) for guests leaving early. A business center and a small meeting room are available for those here on business.

The four storey, 121 room Towneplace Suites Lone Tree opened summer 2017, part of the Ridgegate West Village neighborhood, built in a quiet area at the edge of the hills, next to a Cabela's store. Access is from the Ridgegate Parkway exit of Interstate 5, 20 miles south of central Denver. Facilities include the usual business center, fitness center and pool (indoor), plus a bike pavilion, both for hotel guests and users of an adjacent cycle trail. All accommodations are equipped with full kitchens, work desk and sofa bed. Free breakfast is provided each morning.

On the southwest side of the I-25/E470 intersection, Element Denver Park Meadows is a pet friendly, extended stay hotel of 123 suites (studio and one bedroom), all equipped with a full kitchen. Wi-fi and buffet breakfast are complimentary. Recreation amenities are an indoor saline pool, and a 24 hour fitness center with machines and free weights. Drinks, snacks and cookable meals may be purchased from a 24 hour market, while a longe/bar serves light meals and evening drinks. The hotel is within easy walking distance of shopping, dining and a cinema.
