Enhanced features of Holiday Inn Denver include the 4th floor Trapper's Chophouse, a well reviewed steakhouse restaurant serving excellent food accompanied by long range views over the city and the Rocky Mountains. There is also a separate cafe where full breakfast is prepared each morning. Triangular-shaped, 84 room Hampton Inn Parker adjoins a business park alongside E470, on the far southeast side of Denver close to undeveloped famland. Sites within a few miles include Parker Adventist Hospital, Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Club and Park Meadows Mall. Free hot breakfast is provided and for other meals there is a good selection of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel's 3,000 sq ft of meeting space can cater for events of up to 125 people. The usual pool (indoor), whirlpool and fitness center are available for leisure.

The SpringHill Suites is the first Marriott hotel in Parker, open late 2019; a four floor property of 108 studio suites, equipped with sofa bed, refrigerator and microwave. Other facilities include bbq grills, fitness center, pool, guest laundry, a 24 hour market and a 425 square foot meeting room. Hot breakfast is complimentary. The hotel has a quiet location near a wooded creek, just off Parker Road one block south of E470, five miles from Interstate 25.

With 74 rooms on three floors, Super 8 Parker is larger than most properties of this affordable brand, and it has a prominent location alongside Hwy 83, one block south of the 470 intersection. The building is situated on a slight incline, high enough for most rooms to have uninterrupted views west, across the south Denver suburbs to the distant mountains. There are several restaurants and small shops nearby, though the surroundings are mostly undeveloped. The motel offers free continental breakfast, free wi-fi, a business center and some rooms with kitchenette facilities.
