The closest interstate exit (I-25, 197) is 1.5 miles west. Surrounding the hotel is a mixed business/commercial neighborhood, with shops including Wal-Mart one block east, yet there is also plenty of undeveloped, green field land. I-25 runs past close by, but is far enough away to escape the traffic noise. Interstate 25 (exits 196 or 197) is one mile west, while Centennial Airport is a similar distance east. There are many restaurants in the vicinity, and a Walmart superstore just up the road. All guest rooms contain a refrigerator and executive desk, while the suites additionally feature a microwave, wet bar and sofa bed.
