Open summer 2022, the Holiday Inn Express has an easterly location in Manitou Springs, along Manitou Avenue near the US 24 intersection, backing on to the wooded corridor of Fountain Creek, adjacent to a couple of restaurants. The 75 guest rooms and on four floors, affording good views of the Rocky Mountains, including the distinctive outline of Pikes Peak. Complimentary buffet breakfast is provided each morning. A fitness center and indoor pool/hot tub are the two leisure amenities.

Like most hotels in Manitou Springs, the Days Inn enjoys good views of the hills that enclose both sides of the Fountain Creek valley, sloping down to Garden of the Gods just to the north. The creek flows right past the hotel, which has two floors, interior corridors and 50 guest rooms, all containing a refrigerator & microwave. Other places within easy walking distance are a sports park, a selection of restaurants, and the north edge of Red Rock Canyon Open Space, where many trails climb into the hills. The hotel has an indoor pool, whirlpool, laundry, patio/picnic area, a business center and meeting space. Free continental breakfast is provided.

The 49 room Rodeway Inn Manitou Springs is situated along a quiet suburban street next to Highway 24, four miles from downtown Colorado Springs. Rates are low but the inn has a fair range of facilities - a small pool & hot tub, free continental breakfast, sun deck, guest laundry, and a refrigerator/microwave in each room. There is a restaurant & bar adjacent. Guests are a short walk from the wooded corridor of Fountain Creek, and from the southern entrance to Garden of the Gods.
